All that training

Francis J. Kong

Francis J. Kong

Sports Illustrated writer Jeannette Bruce once spent two-and-a-half years taking judo lessons, progressing steadily through the entire spectrum of self-defense “belts.”

“On one rainy night,” she said, “it all seemed worthwhile. The thing every judo student dreams of happened to me. I was walking down Sixth Avenue about 9 p.m. when a man stepped out of a dark doorway and tried to snatch my purse. How prepared I should have been, how ready to smash him to the pavement with a flourishing foot sweep!

“Instead … I hit him over the head with my umbrella!”

I suppose most of us can identify with Jeanette in some way. We get a great opportunity to do something worthwhile and blow it by doing or saying something stupid. Or when faced with temptation, we know how to resist the enemy because we know all the right Bible verses to defend for ourselves. However, instead of putting on the “whole armor of God,” we seek to overcome in our own strength—and fail miserably.

However, when we do fail, the important thing is to get up, learn from our mistakes, and go on having learned to put our trust in God in every situation in which we find ourselves.

The following materials from that wonderful book Illustrations Unlimited are so inspiring learn a lesson or two from these winners:

Cripple him, and you have a Sir Walter Scott. Lock him in a prison cell, and you have a John Bunyan. Bury him in the snows of Valley Forge, and you have a George Washington. Raise him in abject poverty, and you have an Abraham Lincoln. Strike him down in infantile paralysis, and he becomes Franklin Roosevelt. Deafen him, and you have a Ludwig van Beethoven. Have him or her born black in a society filled with racial discrimination, and you have a Booker T. Washington, a Marian Anderson, a George Washington Carver. . . . Call him a slow learner; “retarded,” and write him off an uneducable, and you have an Albert Einstein.

The Wright boys resolved that they would make a machine that would fly. The citizens of Dayton called them “the crazy Wright brothers,” but they kept on with their experiments. The first contraptions they made did not fly, but they tried again and again.

Samuel Morse was told by the United States Congress that they would just as soon give money to build a railway line to the moon as to vote funds for him to build an experimental line over which he expected to send messages. Morse had made some resolutions, and in 1844 he sent over the wires the message, “What Hath God Wrought!”

Fulton resolved that he would propel a boat by steam, and he did.

Ford resolved that he would make a horseless carriage, and he succeeded.

Westinghouse made some resolutions or he would never have invented the air brake. The promoters of the first railroad made some resolutions, too, or the railway would not have gone through to the West.

Carey was a man of faith and courage, and although the heads of the church tried to discourage the young man, he determined that he would carry the gospel to the ends of the entire earth.

Many have resolved and broken their resolutions. Thousands have started and have fallen out by the way. But not many people have really gotten anywhere who did not set a goal for themselves and make a start toward that destination. Not many have done anything worth while without a determination to do. Says C. L. Paddock

Don’t give up. Trust in God, learn the lessons and move forward.

Multi-talented or multi-profession

Francis J. Kong

Francis J. Kong

I meet people every day of my life. Maybe this is because I do training and I speak to crowds practically 6 days a week. Sundays I go to a huge church that gathers thousands of people every meeting. This is why I meet people all the time.

Some people sort of know me. One would approach me with a smile on her face and say, “Excuse me but aren’t you Francis Kong, the speaker?” If the person looks friendly and bubbly I would reply, “Yes mam, been for a long time…..” That would bring a smile on her face. And then some would come to me and say, “You must be Francis Kong, the newspaper columnist?” Others would say, “I have read your books sir. You are Francis Kong the author.” Now once in a while there will be people who would say, “Francis, I used to supply you with fabrics and accessories this is why I remember you,” all though people in this category are getting scarcer as I have left the garments industry some 7 years ago. And lately because of my appearance almost every Thursday morning in the short advice segment of the popular morning TV program Umagang Kay Ganda, people would call out my name on the streets and say, “Good morning po Sir Francis…kumusta na si Edu?”

And so this got me thinking.

What is my profession? Am I a public speaker? An author? A newspaper columnist? A teacher? A business consultant? Maybe all of the above? What is my job description?

The world is changing. I do not consider myself as a man of multi-talent. But I do consider myself as a person of multi-occupation.

The days of “doctor” and “postman” are pretty much gone. It’s an entirely different world today. Which brings me to a sensitive question. Are you still clinging on to a job title?

Now here is another testy question. Do you still get irritated if you are asked to do a task that you feel is “Not in your Job Description?”

You need to wake up!

This is the age of Multi-tasking. So how in heavens name could anyone expect to work within one’s “job description?” And in case you haven’t noticed….doesn’t your job description include a tiny little item that says…. “and other jobs that may require you to do”?

This is why you need to be a well rounded person. Be adventurous. Accept challenge and make the best of your time by reading, listening to tapes, attending seminars, learning things and adding more value to you who are and what you can do.

While we’re at it, what is your job description? Is it a hopeful, optimistic, powerful document that gives you permission to explore new opportunities and to get something done? Or is it a defensive shield that makes it easy for you to identify what’s not your responsibility?

Here is another piece of advice. “It’s not about your job description dude! It’s about you. Don’t ever expect people to raise up your price if you have not raised up your value.

I guess all those years of reading books, (yet I am still reading a lot more today…) all those tapes I listened to (my ipod is full of them…..) and all those seminars I have attended…(will attend a lot more this year….) has contributed to the opportunity of having so many professions. Don’t talk to me about job descriptions but do talk to me about your desire to become more valuable as a person.

There are no menial jobs’ only menial attitudes.

Pacquiao Sports Illustrated’s best pound for pound

Manny Pacquiao

Manny Pacquiao

MANILA, Philippines – There no question as to Manny Pacquiao’s status as the greatest boxer in the planet today.

Sports Illustrated, the widely-read sports magazine, has come up with its latest pound-for-pound rankings, and it was no surprise to find the name of the Filipino icon on top of its short, distinguished list.

Sports Illustrated described Pacquiao as “dazzling at whatever weight class he chooses to fight,” and that on May 2 the boxer who started out at 106 pounds will shoot for the IBO light-welterweight crown.

Pacquiao takes on British superstar Ricky Hatton at the MGM Grand, and a victory will give him a fifth world title in different weight classes, including the flyweight, super-bantam, super-feather and lightweight.

Pacquiao fought in three different weight classes last year and won all battles against Juan Manuel Marquez (130 lbs), David Diaz (135 lbs) and Oscar dela Hoya (147 lbs). He will fight Hatton at 140 lbs.

“A win over Hatton all but guarantees a shot at former pound-for-pound champ Floyd Mayweather Jr., who many feel is lurking in anticipation of a Pacquiao victory,” Sports Illustrated wrote.

As expected, Marquez, the crafty Mexican counter-puncher, is next on the list, ranked second behind Pacquiao. He is the reigning lightweight champion and is eager to fight the Pinoy slugger a third time.

The SI pound-for-pound list puts welterweight king Shane Mosley in third, followed by light-heavy Bernard Hopkins, Chad Dawson, Israel Vasquez, Kelly Pavlik, Miguel Cotto, Paul Williams and Vic Darchinyan.

Marquez is the only asterisk in Pacquiao’s fight profile following a very controversial draw in 2004 and a very close decision last March. A third fight is needed to finally put the issue to rest.

But there’s also Mayweather who seems on his way out of retirement to face either Pacquiao or Marquez if he wants to reclaim his old title — the pound-for-pound king.

Being professional with your audience

Francis J. Kong

Francis J. Kong

I hear this question all the time. “Francis, do you still have the jitters when you speak to an audience? I bet you no longer have the chills when you make a speech?”

My response is “Are you kidding? I’ve got butterflies in my tummy and my heart pounds like a jackhammer - of course I get the jitters moments before I stand up to speak.” This is a very normal thing with public speakers and it’s not bad. It keeps them up on their toes and their minds sharp but the key here is I know I have to appear professional, do the work professionally and make the audience win. Excellent speakers are not going out there to impress people with what they know or peddle a book or sell a tape. Excellent speakers are going out there to express a truth that can help the audience.

Here are some tips on being professional speaker:

1. GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Make sure you know the company or the organization that invited you. Know what they do and know how they are doing. You need to have a personal relationship with the company whenever possible. Now here is a sensitive thing. You will be given privileged information and you need to keep it in confidence. This is how you maintain your professionalism. From this point on you are a minister, a lawyer or a doctor and the information given you should be kept in the highest level of confidence.

2. MIX AND MINGLE WITH THE AUDIENCE

Talk WITH the people even before you talk TO the people. Arrive at the occasion early. Mix with the audience. This is the reason why I would prefer to sit at the back rather than to be seated at the presidential table. I want to know the audience and I would like to spend a few moments talking with them. In doing so you establish a rapport and this establishes that you are one of them. It’s not a good thing to make a dramatic entrance by being late. It’s just sooo… immature.

3. CONNECT… CONNECT AND CONNECT

The primary thing that turns off the audience is when the speaker delivers a fantastic speech that leaves the audience wondering what in heaven’s name has the speech got to do with their organization. I have heard speakers blabber away only to find out that the speech delivered was not intended for the audience at hand. A professional speaker is not in the business of delivering a monologue. He or she is conversing with the audience.

Professional communications coach Patricia Fripp says:

These are the things you should not do if you do not want to turn off your audience.

1. Tap or blow into the microphone to see if it’s working and worst, say “Mike Test…Mike Test…”

2. Give a long and winded introduction that takes for-ever before getting to the meat of your presentation…(oh how I am guilty of this all the time.)

3. Preaching down to your audience.

4. Using off colored jokes in an attempt to be funny.

5. Read from the PowerPoint or notes or from a script.

6. Having a monotone voice that puts even the waiters and the servers to sleep.

7. Make repeated reference to sports or other male oriented subject matter when the audience is primarily female.

8. Fiddle with the lapel mike or any equipment in the middle of your speech, because you didn’t check it out to begin with.

9. Begin plugging or advertising some products or services you have to offer.

10. Extend your speech, unmindful of the program, run way overboard, or… notice that you only have ten minutes left, haven’t made half your points so you rush your way through and the audience feels thoroughly cheated. (guilty as charged!)

11. Take questions from the audience, but don’t repeat the question for people in the back row or out of audible range.

12. Insult the questioner because you didn’t like the question.

13. Close abruptly, and with something un-dramatic such as “thank you.”

14. And this could be the worst…disappear right after the speech thinking that you maintain the mystique of the hard to reach expert when so many from the audience would love to have time to interact with you.

Be professional and make your audience win.

Leaders communicate and they have to communicate well.

Do not be a legend in your own mind.

Do what the Bible says… you know… the part about doing to others what you want others to do unto you…

Raymundo rejoins RP 5

Kerby Raymundo

Kerby Raymundo

Versatile forward Kerby Raymundo has decided to rejoin the Philippine team bound for the Fiba Asia championship in China this August.

Raymundo informed PBA commissioner Sonny Barrios of his decision to be a vital cog of the Nationals anew in a meeting Thursday.

The 6-foot-6 forward out of Letran will be back in practice starting Monday.

“I’m happy he’s rejoining the team although he’s never really quit. He just got tired and asked for some time to think things over,” Barrios told The STAR.

“He told me he really loves to play for the national team. He said representing the country is a big honor for him and his family,” Barrios added.

“I’m glad with his decision. I had a feeling he just needed some time to resolve some issues. He is a key player in the team,” said RP team coach Yeng Guiao.

The RP team is set to step up its training with the Asian championship just around the bend. The Nationals are set to play an Australian selection in two exhibition matches before the Holy Week.

After the RP-Australia series, the Nationals will be featured against PBA selections in the annual All-Star festivities with stops in Negros Occidental, Davao and in Manila in April.

SEO Website Content

SEO Website Content Development

Seo website content is possibly the most important SEO and web site element. Content is what captivates your audience and the Search Engines. All too often the web site’s content is developed with little consideration to the impact content has on the overall business performance of the web site and Search Engine results.

Seo Website Content – Media Options

As the Internet matures the options for various media types expands. In early internet days prior to the popularity and affordability of high speed internet the majority of content was text and the image files were highly “web optimized” to download quickly.

The popularity of high speed internet services increased the options of  web site media to be used, including audio and video. The web is now a highly interactive and entertaining media.

The use of various media as seo website content is highly beneficial to both your website visitors and Search Engines, Google does notice when a website uses various types of web media within the seo website content and adjusts Search Engine results accordingly. Increasingly video is appearing in the top results of Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) I just wish I was not so camera shy so I myself could benefit from the powerful promotional tool.

Seo Website Content – The Written Word

Without doubt the most popular content is still based on the written word, with photographs and graphics close behind. Therefore the focus of this blog post with regards to SEO website content is the written word, and how best to utilize this as SEO website content.

Seo Content Writing

Writing for the web and SEO is not straight forward, to get it right for both humans and Search Engines takes some practice and consideration of numerous factors.

It is often said, develop content for humans and the Search Engines will take notice as a matter of course. I do not agree with this statement in its entirety.

I think a better way to consider this is to develop web site content for humans (your customers) and then give careful consideration to the specific requirements Search Engines consider when crawling and indexing web sites.

Seo Website Content – For Humans

A blog post is not the place to get into great depth on a topic but below are basic guidelines to get you started.

Simplicity of Language

Keep it simple and write in plain language to assist your visitors to understand what you are trying to communicate. It’s best to stay clear of industry terms and jargon unless you are offering very technical services and require this information to inform clients of your product or services. If it is necessary to use technical terms it is advisable to provide a glossary of terms.

More often than not within a business website environment the message trying to be conveyed is a marketing message aimed to sell or provide the consumer with the information required to develop informed purchasing or service selection decisions. By keeping it simple the message is easier to read and therefore more likely to be read in its entirety and thus be effective.

Write to Scan

Without doubt internet users skip read or scan the content. Just think of how you personally read content on the Internet. On arrival to a web page a web visitors very quickly scan the web page to determine if the page content has any value to them. If the decision is yes it is likely they will read in more detail but that does not mean every single word. If the scanning provides the impression the content is of little interest that visitor is gone as fast as they can click back to the SERPs.

The most impatient person in the world is an internet user. Wants and wished need to be catered to almost instantly.

To assist with ensuring the content is easily scanned:

  • Use meaningful headings
  • Keep paragraphs short
  • Use concise writing
  • Use billet points

Seo Copywriting Service

The professionalism of the content is essential to the readability of SEO website content. If you or someone within the company does not have the ability to write effective information based content, then do not hesitate to hire a professional SEO Copy writing service.

Seo Website Content – Information Architecture

Information Architecture is an an important topic for both web development and effective SEO website content. Information Architecture should consider the overall information requirements of the web site, and also consideration should be given to on page layout of information and content.

My golden rule is one page one topic.

Seo Website Content – The Search Engine

If good high quality content has been developed in the previous stages the final touches to impress the Search Engines is a simple task

SEO Website Content – Keywords and Keyword Phrases

Keywords play an important role in the final Search Engine results. Obviously the “One page one topic” rule will determine the general keywords required to achieve content relevancy for the specified topic.

Keyword research is required to discover keywords which have high monthly search volumes and relatively low competition. For more information on keyword research you may be interested in reading the blog post Keywords - The Foundation of all Things SEO. If you should need additional assistance Keyword Professional Research is a primary service of SEO Wizardry.

Keyword and Keyword Phrase – Content Integration

When relevant keywords have been selected integration into the content is a simple matter. However, integration of keywords into content in a natural manner is important and should be a major consideration in the content development process.

On completion of keyword integration the following Search Engine friendly techniques should be completed:

  • Keywords used in URL
  • Keyword used in Page Title
  • Keywords used in Description META tag
  • Keywords used in Keyword META tag ( No need to stuff this tag use only the one or two keywords used on the page)
  • Keywords used in HTML Heading tags H1, H2……..
  • Use Bold and Italics strategically with keywords and keyword phrases

Try the above methods out and with a bit of practice and monitoring of the results of your selected keywords and phrases in SERPs you will soon discover how effective SEO Website Content development will assist you to improve your web site’s results in Search Engine results when combined with other SEO techniques.

SEO requires many techniques working together to be effective just one method won’t provide the results you require. However, developing top SEO website content is a fantastic first step

Pay Per Click Reality

Pay Per Clicks sales pitch, makes Google rich, webmasters know it’s that way.

Pay Per Click must be right, or bills soar outa sight, the webmaster sits down to pray.

The first thing to do, so traffic accrues, is find cheap keywords that pay.

To pay and pay sure makes Google’s day as competitors look on in dismay.

When the research is done, the ad is spun, the message is ready to convey.

Make the ad pay, landing pages convey, relevance or risk, visitor dismay.

If this is the case you’ll have to lay chase, visitors won’t be clicking prepay.

When relevance is found, the results are profound, the visitors won’t be going astray.

Of course you’re not done, the game is not won, monitoring is every day.

If monitoring is not done, your competitor has won, and you continue and continue to pay.

When Pay Per Clicks right, profits alight, the webmaster is shouting hooray.

Of course when it’s done, Google has won, as webmasters pray and pay.

RP 5 heads overseas for training

Rajko Toroman

Rajko Toroman

Rajko Toroman’s national developmental basketball team will play a series of exhibition games in Serbia and the US to prepare for the FIBA-Asia Champions Cup in Jakarta on May 12-20.

SBP executive director Noli Eala said yesterday Toroman has formed a 13-man squad to play overseas and may add another cager in the radar after releasing UST’s Chester Taylor.

Confirmed to make the trips are Chris Tiu, Dylan Ababou, Ryan Buenafe, J. V. Casio, J. R. Cawaling, Mark Barroca, Greg Slaughter, R. J. Jazul, Jason Ballesteros, Mac Baracael, Rey Guevara, Aldrich Ramos and Ford Arao. Waiting in the wings are Paul Lee and Junmar Fajardo.

For personal reasons, Ateneo’s star Fil-Kuwait center Rabeh Al-Husseini may not be able to join the national team until he turns 21 in August.

Eala said the team will play four Division A and three Division B clubs in Serbia from March 27 to April 7.

“Coach Rajko has put together a hectic schedule,” said Eala. “There are morning and afternoon practices then games at night.” Toroman is expected to push the visitors to the limit against tough Serbian veterans in testing the mettle of the Filipino youngsters tipped to spearhead the campaign for a slot in the 2012 London Olympics.

After the Serbia tour, the team will fly to the US, possibly Los Angeles where former UP cager Loy Allado is arranging games against collegiate and pro players in summer leagues during a 10-day tour. Allado, a player agent, has lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years. His son Don plays for Purefoods in the PBA.

Toroman’s squad will represent the country at the FIBA-Asia Champions Cup where teams are allowed two imports each.

Eala said it’s possible that Toroman will bring in former Golden State Warriors forward Chris Taft to reinforce the team in Jakarta. Taft, 23, is a 6-10, 260-pound forward from the University of Pittsburgh. He has expressed interest in playing for the Philippine team as a naturalized citizen.

“We’re in close contact with Taft and his agent,” said Eala. “We’re checking on his availability for Jakarta. It will give us a chance to look at Taft closely. We’ll be able to evaluate if he fits in. We’re looking at a three-year commitment. There are others, like NBA veteran Andrae Patterson, applying for the job but Jim Kelly is highly recommending Taft.”

Kelly is the Toronto Raptors director of player personnel and was once a coaching consultant and broadcaster in the PBA. He is married to a Filipina from Olongapo. Kelly has close ties with Filipinos and is always ready to lend a helping hand in recruiting imports.

Eala said the developmental team will also play in the Stankovic Cup, possibly in September.

“The Stankovic Cup is important because it’s a FIBA-Asia qualifier,” said Eala. “In the coming FIBA-Asia Championships where coach Yeng (Guiao) will bring our national team of PBA players to Tianjin, five of the six qualified teams made it through the Stankovic Cup.”

Eala said he’s hoping the PBA will allow the developmental team to play as a guest entry in the next Philippine Cup in October. Invitational tournaments in China and Dubai are also lined up for the squad.

Eala said the proposal to include Toroman’s team as a second Philippine entry in the Jones Cup this July may not be feasible.

“We’ve told the UAAP and NCAA that when the seasons start, we’ll return the players to their mother schools,” said Eala. “Unfortunately, the Jones Cup is in direct conflict with the UAAP and NCAA schedules. It would’ve been a good opportunity for us to gain more experience as we were told only senior national teams will play in the Jones Cup. But if the invitation comes, we’ll study it and try to resolve the conflict.”

Three players from Toroman’s wish list declined to join the national team and instead, will try their luck in the PBA draft this August. They are Rico Maierhofer, Ogie Menor and Marcy Arellano. The players who agreed to play for Toroman were signed to two or three-year contracts except for Arao who inked a one-year deal.

RP team raring for tune-up vs All-Star teams

National coach Yeng Guiao, center, addresses members of the Philippine team during practice at The Arena in San Juan. Also present during the scrimmage is Coca-Cola mentor Kenneth Duremdes, left, who offered his services to the coaching staff.

National coach Yeng Guiao, center, addresses members of the Philippine team during practice at The Arena in San Juan. Also present during the scrimmage is Coca-Cola mentor Kenneth Duremdes, left, who offered his services to the coaching staff.

With things falling into place, national team coach Yeng Guiao said the RP squad needs tune-up games to determine their readiness for the FIBA-Asia tilt.

“Attendance has improved, chemistry is good, and the guys have settled down to their respective roles. Actual competition is really the problem,” said Guiao. “We’ve been practicing by and with ourselves, and we can’t really test our progress.”

The tune-up games with the North and South All-Star teams in the PBA All-Star Weekend next month have given the team reason to be excited.

“We’re looking forward to being truly competitive against them, not just go through the motions,” Guiao said. “After all, I’m sure the star players, other than those in this team, also want to prove something – that they deserve to be in the national team.”

“This is a good concept,” said Purefoods star James Yap during a break in Monday’s practice at The Arena in San Juan. “We’ll be exposed against imports. This is a good test for the team.”

Talk n Text’s Chot Reyes, who coached the RP team to ninth place in the 2007 FIBA Olympic qualifier in Tokushima, Japan, will call the shots for the North squad going up against the Asi Taulava-led RP squad in Victorias, Negros Occidental on April 22.

Alaska’s Tim Cone, who mentored the RP squad that placed third in 1998 Bangkok Asian Games, and his South team test the Nationals’ mettle on April 24 in Panabo, Davao del Norte.

PBA commissioner Sonny Barrios will name three imports each for the North and South selections.

The All-Star team set April 26 at the Araneta Coliseum will be comprised by the starters of both North and South and beefed up by the four remaining imports left out by the Commissioners Office.

Two other games with a visiting Australian squad in early April are also in the works.

The arrival of 6-foot-10 Japeth Aguilar from the States in May is also something the national mentor is looking forward to.

“I’ve been speaking with his father (ex-Northern Consolidated player Peter Aguilar) and nothing has changed from what we’ve agreed upon when we first talked,” Guiao said. “We’re just waiting for Japeth to join team practice.”

Pacquiao starts 8-week training

MANILA, Philippines - Manny Pacquiao did eight rounds with the mitts yesterday in Los Angeles as he started warming up for his eight-week training for his May 2 fight with Ricky Hatton in Las Vegas.

“I’m okay. We did eight rounds with the mitts today,” said Pacquiao during an on-line chat from his La Palazzo apartment in LA.

But his face turned sad as seen through his webcam when told of the news that singer-actor Francis Magalona had passed away yesterday noon. They were friends.

Pacquiao had his first day of workout the other day, and LA-based orthodontist Ed dela Vega said the Pinoy icon did two rounds of shadow boxing, three rounds of mitts, two rounds each on the speed and double-end bags, nine straight minutes skipping ropes and his routine abdominal exercises.

The Wild Card Gym was in a party mode Thursday as Freddie Roach celebrated his 49th birthday, complete with the Irish-green buntings, trays of pasta and a couple of birthday cakes with candles he had to blow.

Pacquiao will train daily except Sundays and sparring, according to Roach, should begin on March 17. Sparring sessions are done on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Meanwhile, Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer said talks of a Juan Manuel Marquez-Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight is no joke, and is in fact starting to shape up.

According to ESPN.com, Mayweather Jr. is bound to come out of retirement, and probably face Marquez, the arch-nemesis of the Pinoy pound-for-pound champion.

“Of course, there is no question about it,” said Mayweather Sr. when asked about his son coming out of retirement. “He’s trying to get a fight right now, as we speak. He’s gonna fight again.”

Marquez knocked out Juan Diaz in nine rounds last Sunday in Houston to emerge as the WBA, WBO and IBO lightweight champion. Then he challenged Mayweather Jr. to fight him.

“I’m serious. Marquez is serious,” Schaefer was quoted as saying. “Marquez actually held a press conference [Wednesday] in Mexico City, and he was clear that he likes to take on the biggest challenges.

“And it’s obvious Pacquiao is running from him, so he has his sights set on Mayweather, who he considers the best pound-for-pound fighter. He said if Mayweather is serious about fighting, he should come out of hiding and let’s fight.”
